A prolific author with over twenty published books, Mrs. Chenge has dedicated her career to promoting literacy, knowledge dissemination, and value-based education. Through her representation of Nigeria at international literary platforms—including the Frankfurt Book Fair (Germany), Beijing International Book Fair (China), and London International Book Fair (UK)—she has become a strong ambassador for Nigerian publishing excellence and global literary collaboration.

Beyond publishing, Mrs. Chenge is a licensed social worker and counsellor with deep expertise in advocacy, women’s development, and community transformation. She is also a trained marriage counsellor who provides guidance and emotional support to couples and families, helping them build godly, healthy, and enduring relationships.

She is the Founder and President of the Prudent Women Advancement and Advocacy Foundation, a movement established in February 2020 that has grown into a global platform for financial empowerment, spiritual growth, and social change. The Foundation operates through four major arms: the Prudent Women Multi-Purpose Cooperative Society (MPCSL), Prudent Women Global Gospel Outreach (PWGGO), Prudent Women Food Bank (PWFB), and Prudent Women Advancement and Advocacy (PWAA) Foundation. Together, these arms have empowered over 7,000 women across Nigeria and in the diaspora—including the USA, UK, Germany, Australia, Kenya, Ghana, and Canada—through microfinance support, leadership training, food relief, and mentorship, all aimed at building spiritually and economically stable women.

In 2024, under the PWAA Foundation, she coordinated a major outreach to the Benue State Teaching Hospital, providing food and medical support to families in need. She also spearheads the Prudent Women Fish Cluster, a partnership that empowers women through sustainable aquaculture ventures.

Spiritually, Evangelist Msurshima Chenge is a passionate minister of the Gospel, known for her humility, godly convictions, and obedience to divine instruction. She has hosted and ministered in empowerment programmes and Christian crusades across Nigeria and internationally, including a remarkable crusade in Tanzania that recorded numerous testimonies of salvation, healing, and restoration. In 2023, she expressed her ministry through music with the release of her first gospel song “DON’T LEAVE ME”, a heartfelt cry of devotion and faith in God. The song features her husband, Engr. Robert Ahen Chenge, and their children, reflecting her belief in family unity, worship, and service to God.

As a seasoned leader in Nigeria’s literary space, she has contributed to the growth of the Association of Nigerian Authors (ANA), Abuja Chapter, where she previously served as Treasurer. Her work through Fortham Publishers has contributed significantly to Nigeria’s educational development, positioning her as a model of innovation and excellence in the publishing industry.

Vision for Reading Culture in Nigeria
“To see reading become a joyful lifestyle in every Nigerian home, school, and community. I envision a nation where knowledge is celebrated, book clubs thrive in every state, and reading becomes the bridge that shapes enlightened, godly, and responsible citizens.”

From The Founder's Heart

“When the Lord gave me the vision for the Prudent Women Cooperative, my goal was to create a platform where women could rise above financial crisis, fear, lack, and limitation. Thanks be to God, we have watched uncounted women become business owners, housewives become investors, and discouraged women find new faith in themselves and in God. Many women now own houses, lands, and cars. This Cooperative is not just about money, it is about transformation, dignity, and destiny.”

Evangelist Mrs. Msurshima Comfort Chenge, Founder & President

Prudent Women Food Bank

Established based on the instruction from Luke 3:11. Msurshima believes that Jesus mandated His followers to share with their brothers and sisters the little they have.
